This filling machine is mainly composed of three parts, rinser, filler and capper. It is made of stainless steel 304/316 and other high quality materials.
Quick Rinser
Rinse glass bottles with purified water at high speed and clean glass bottles in a short time. Introduction of special designed clamp technology, ensures the low destroy of the glass bottles.
High Speed Filler
High Speed Filling Valve can reach 200ml/s,made of SUS 304(for water filling) & excellent SUS316L(for hot filling and soft drinks filling),equipped with specially designed liquid level modified unit to ensure the same level of each bottle.
Efficient gland
The delicate design of the gland ensures that the cap can be pressed quickly and accurately on the bottle.
